Shockwave started the way plenty of good things in underground music do: a few friends, an idea, and enough confidence to believe we could actually pull it off.

We're musicians, technicians, engineers, scene regulars and first-time festival organisers. We know sound. We know lights. We know what it means to build something yourself.

Shockwave Fest is a platform for emerging bands to break through the noise, find new listeners and make an impact.
